We love filmmaking… especially when we can bring a story to life through lighting and cinematography. Anytime we get to film and create stories, it’s an amazing experience.🎥

Some of the shoots are super tight, so we push to get the best possible lighting and DoP work while making sure the people in front of the camera feel comfortable and ready to share their stories.

With today’s technology, things have become so much easier. The tools are smaller, lighter, more powerful, and brighter than ever before, allowing us to move quickly without compromising on quality. We love using @zhiyun_tech lights in these situations… they’re compact, versatile, and deliver incredible results!

Always great to tell stories in a short docu style. Even with a packed schedule on the shoot day, we always take the time to create a pleasant lighting setup… ensuring the patient looks good on camera and, more importantly, feels comfortable.🎥

When filming with people who aren’t used to cameras, setting the right tone on set is just as crucial as the visuals.

A calm and relaxed environment helps them open up, making the story feel more natural and authentic. The best moments come when they forget the cameras are even there.

When lighting on location and with reduced crews, we always look for lightweight portable fixtures with options to shape the light and its colour.

For this scene, we used our @aladdinlights Mosaic Tube and our Bi-Flex 1x1. Quick to set up and to wrap, Aladdin fixtures have become an essential part of our gear.
